We respond to all emails Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm EST. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Inventory
Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise an item(s) can sell out pior to preperation of order shipment.
If an item(s) has sold out or is not stock after your order has been placed, you will immediately be notified via email.
Our apologizes in advance should this happen, and we thank you for your patience and uderstanding.
Orders
When placing an order, it is important that all credit card information entered is an exact match (name on the card, billing address & CVV code).
If the billing address associated with the credit card used is different from your shipping address, it will need to be entered separately at checkout. Failure to do so may result in a declined payment and pending charges on your account. All pending charges will be released back into your account within a few business days depending on your bank.
Please be sure to review your order before submitting your payment as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed.
Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.
You will immediately be notified as we are aware of the estimated shipping date from our vendor to our headquarters.
All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number or returned once recieved.

Returns
RETURNS:
Due to the COVID-19 and Monkeypox cases worldwide, we do not allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of our customers and employees.
Cerci's Closet does not offer price adjustments if merchandise purchased is subsequently on sale or offered in a promotion.
All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES:
Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we do not offering exchanges on any of our merchandise.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our no return/exchange policy.
We appreciate your understanding and business during these uncertain times.
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
Shipping
We ship in-stock items nationwide within 5 to 7 business days after the purchase date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Once shipped, orders are estimated to arrive within 3 to 10 business days. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on your location and distance from Cerci's Closet HQ. These estimates do not include delays caused by:
• Shipping Couriers
• Busy Sale Periods
• Credit Card Verification Process
• Incomplete or Invalid Addresses
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the following business day.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we estimate, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations, include apartment, suite and/or box numbers. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If the package is returned non-deliverable or you refuse shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of any additional postage due on the return.
Express shipments placed after 4:00 PM EST will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. There are no weekend shipments.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, you must address this with the appropriate carrier (DHL, FedEx or USPS). Cerci's Closet is not responsible for packages scanned as delivered nor will we issue any refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
